Overview
NovaForge Studios, LLC (“NovaForge Studios”, “we”, “us”) builds mobile applications and games. This policy explains what information our products collect, why, and what choices you have. Individual applications may publish their own policy — where one exists, it is linked from that application’s page and takes precedence for that app.
Information we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on the product, that may include:
- Information you provide directly — for example the contents of a support request, your email address, or content you create inside an app.
- Basic diagnostic information such as crash reports and anonymous performance data, used to find and fix defects.
- Purchase status for paid apps or subscriptions, which is reported to us by Apple. We never receive your payment card details.
Information we do not collect
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use your content to build advertising profiles.
- We do not collect payment card numbers — App Store purchases are processed entirely by Apple.
How we use information
- To operate and improve our applications.
- To respond to support requests, bug reports and feature suggestions.
- To diagnose crashes and performance problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Data storage and retention
Where an application stores data on your device, that data stays on your device unless you explicitly enable a sync or backup feature. Information sent to us — such as a support email — is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and to keep a record of it.
Third-party services
Some products rely on third-party services such as Apple’s App Store, push notification delivery, or cloud hosting. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. Any service used by a specific application is named in that application’s own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests can be sent to , or through the Account Deletion page.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the relevant application’s release notes.
